The Jyväskylä office and a team are already in place and awaiting you. Your responsibility is to develop a team of franchise-driven personal-insurance sales professionals (franchise relationships) focused on customer retention and new client acquisition, contributing to our growth and customer experience in the region. Your duties include leading the region, training and motivating the team so that business goals are achieved, and increasing local brand awareness. Through our franchising model you will receive a ready-made business model, including Pohjantähti’s excellent products, services and brand, as well as work tools, systems and space planning. The area has long-standing client relationships and strong market potential.
