We are now looking for a speech therapist to join us in a permanent position in the Helsinki metropolitan area! Our model combines a fixed base salary with a flexibly earned visit bonus: - **Secure base salary (€3,500):** The base salary guarantees basic income and covers background work. - **Encouraging monthly earnings:** In addition to the base salary, you earn a visit bonus. With a typical and reasonable caseload (for example, 12–16 visits per week), your gross monthly earnings will be approximately **€4,000–€4,700**. - **Security during holidays:** Your annual holiday pay and holiday bonus are calculated based on the average of your total actual earnings (base salary + bonuses), so your earnings remain strong during your summer holiday too! **Full support for your work** - **Smooth everyday work and support with client acquisition:** We actively help you build your calendar and find clients so you can create a caseload suited to your wishes and strengths. - **Assistant support with preparing materials:** You regularly have an assistant’s help with printing, laminating and preparing materials—a rare benefit that saves time for what matters. - **Excellent facilities and materials:** You can use comfortable premises in central Porvoo and a very extensive supply of materials (games, toys and therapy equipment). - **Administration and AI to make everyday work more efficient:** We handle invoicing for you. You receive a ready-to-use IT package (Diarium and Google Workspace with a @dinolla.fi address), including secure AI tools to reduce the burden of documentation and reports. - **Investment in your well-being:** You can take part in regular yoga and Pilates at Joogakoti (21 times a year), receive mentoring and peer support from Iiris, access comprehensive occupational healthcare, and join our summer and Christmas parties. - **Professional development:** We want you to thrive in your work.
