Food Services Supervisor

Vantti is looking for a customer-focused and motivated food services professional for a supervisor role. You will work closely with the customer manager, ensuring that our customers receive solutions that best meet their needs and service that exceeds expectations. You will support and advise in situations that call for deeper subject-matter expertise or clarification on food services. The scope of the supervisor’s duties depends on the needs of the service area, and responsibilities will be specified for each position by the supervisor. Work sites are mainly in the Koivukylä, Hiekkaharju, Tikkurila and Ylästö areas. We hope you have vocational training in the field and strong experience in food services. We value excellent interaction skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to work constructively with different stakeholders. Fluent Finnish, both written and spoken, is essential. We also expect good IT skills and readiness to learn new systems quickly. Familiarity with the Aromi 14 system is considered a clear advantage. The person we are looking for recognises the importance of customer focus as part of the organisation’s success and works purposefully to promote it. The role also requires the ability to communicate clearly about matters in your professional field, guide colleagues and direct operations in accordance with Vantti’s values and practices. A driving licence and the possibility to use your own car are needed for the role. Employment begins on 1 December 2026 or by agreement and continues until 31 December 2027. This is weekday daytime work, generally from 7:00 to 16:00.
