What You’ll Be Doing Drive impactful change by improving workflows, simplifying complexity, and implementing practical solutions that increase productivity across Product Management and Vertical teams Turn strategy into action by designing scalable processes, governance models, and decision frameworks that deliver measurable business results Enable better decisions by improving data access and building dashboards and insights using tools like Power BI, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365 Implement AI and automation using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or n8n to reduce manual work and create reusable solutions Engage and influence stakeholders by challenging current ways of working, driving adoption, and ensuring new solutions are embraced and sustained What We're Looking For An academic degree in finance, data analytics, process management, or a related field, combined with experience in process improvement or operational excellence Proven ability to drive driving process improvements, change initiatives, and to deliver measurable improvements in ways of working Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled tools and automation solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, n8n, or similar), beyond theory Solid skills in data analysis and visualization (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Salesforce) to support decision-making A structured, proactive communicator who challenges the status quo, translates business needs into practical solutions, and engages stakeholders effectively What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
