We are seeking a service-minded property maintenance worker for indoor and outdoor tasks at residential and commercial properties, handling basic HVAC/PLUMBING tasks except LVIS-specialist work. You will be provided with a company van and travel between home and work sites, with on-call duty every seventh week. The position is for a fixed-term temp with the aim of permanent employment with the client company. Typical hours are 7:00–15:30, 37.5 h/wk. Salary commensurate with experience. The role follows the property services collective agreement. A background in property teknis and machinery work is expected, with customer-oriented, proactive, and responsible work attitude. Responsibilities
