Electrical Installation Manager

We are seeking an Electrical Installation Manager for our client to strengthen its electrical contracting organisation in the Helsinki metropolitan area. In the role, you will lead installation operations for demanding electrical contracting projects and manage project schedules, resources and costs. This is a direct recruitment, so the selected person will be employed directly by the client company on a permanent basis. You will lead several electrical contracts simultaneously, worth €1–5 million, and ensure that projects are carried out smoothly, safely and to a high standard. You will work closely with clients, designers and your own organisation. The projects are delivered using different contract models, such as project alliance and alliance projects, as well as other collaborative delivery models. In your role, you will be responsible for organising installation operations, leading personnel and successfully delivering projects. You will also have an important part in developing our client’s project operations.
