Automotive Workshop Supervisor We are seeking a skilled and motivated automotive workshop supervisor for our client in Turku for a permanent position. In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of the workshop’s daily operations, provide customer service, organise work and guide staff. You will play an important role between customers, mechanics and other employees, ensuring that jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. What we expect from you To succeed in the role, you have an initiative-taking and responsible approach to work and strong teamwork skills. You also have good problem-solving and decision-making skills. You can handle pressure and work efficiently even when things are busy. This is a full-time daytime position, and you must be able to work mainly between 7:15 and 17:00. We particularly value a customer-service orientation, solution-focused thinking, staff leadership skills and a desire to build and maintain a good working atmosphere. Previous experience in the automotive workshop field and in work-supervision duties is an advantage.
