Full Stack Developer

What we expect from you You are a consulting software development specialist with at least five years of experience in modern software development and a strong background in backend and full stack development. You are motivated to build scalable, secure and business-critical digital services together with clients and the team. To succeed in the role, you have experience in particular in the following areas: Modern software development and architecture: You have worked with complex systems and understand microservice architectures, integrations, and the design and implementation of scalable and resilient services. Backend and full stack development: You have strong experience in modern backend development (Kotlin, Java and Spring Boot) and the ability to work with frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) as needed. Cloud and platform solutions: You understand the principles of cloud-native solutions (AWS) and have worked with container-based environments (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. DevOps and delivery responsibility: You have experience with modern software delivery, automated deployment processes and Infrastructure as Code thinking. Databases, integrations and quality: You are proficient with relational databases and integrations, and understand the importance of testing, quality assurance and continuous delivery as part of the whole. Security and reliable systems: You build systems where security, identity management and code quality are integral parts of development. You work smoothly in agile teams, actively participate in technical discussions and can move things forward together with clients and stakeholders. Fluent Finnish and English.
