Part-Time Sales Assistant

We are now looking for a part-time sales assistant for the Puuilo store in Laajalahti, Espoo. The sales assistant's duties at Puuilo include, among other things: - Customer service: Sales assistants represent Puuilo in everyday customer interactions. Customers are diverse, so the workday includes different encounters and situations. Customers appreciate a helpful attitude and the ability to solve problems. - Cash register and information desk work: The workdays include both checkout and information desk duties. Information desk work includes handling customer complaints, solving possible problems, and renting trailers. - Shelving and displays: One of the sales assistant's most important duties is ensuring deliveries are unpacked onto shelves and available to customers. Displays ensure that current products are easy to see and access. - Varied customer service situations and duties: Tasks include collecting online orders, cutting rugs and products sold by the metre, exchanging gases, and helping customers with product questions. - Cleaning: Store staff take care of the cleanliness of their own store. There is a cleaning day once a week, and staff also maintain the general cleanliness of customer and staff areas every day. There is plenty of activity and radio chatter at Puuilo, which are a big part of Puuilo's culture. You should want to carry out all the sales assistant's duties and enjoy varied work. You should be willing at times to operate a forklift to load a stove into a customer's car or to drive a floor-cleaning machine in the store.
