We are looking for a sales-oriented assistant for Finlayson's pop-up store from the beginning of November through the end of January 2027. There are five working hours per week, and we also hope you are willing to work more hours when needed. Your employment contract will be with StaffPoint. The retail collective agreement applies, and pay is according to pay group B, with evening and weekend supplements. Why Finlayson? Your primary task as a sales assistant is to ensure the best possible customer experience in every customer interaction. You will work in the store according to our concept. Your duties include sales and customer service, displaying products, maintaining general cleanliness, opening and closing the store, and handling takings. The work also includes unloading deliveries, so you should be comfortable with physical work. You will serve customers knowledgeably and warmly, recognise their needs, and help your team achieve individual and shared goals by setting a solution-oriented example. In addition to Finlayson products, the pop-up store sells products from Vallila and Reino&Aino, among others. We expect you to: - Take a proactive, bold and active approach to sales. - Be willing and committed to working in accordance with Finlayson's brand and values. - Be able to work flexibly on weekdays and weekends. - Have good Finnish skills. - Have previous experience in customer service and cash-register duties.
