We are looking for a Danish-speaking colleague with a problem-solving mindset to join a community of customer experience experts. The role offers work from our office in Tallinn (Pärnu mnt 160 D, 11317 Tallinn) or hybrid arrangements with a mandatory 3-week training at the office (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:30). After training, there is a possibility to work full-time or part-time. The position is a permanent contract with competitive pay: salary €2000 gross per month, plus an average €200 gross monthly performance bonus. The department operates 24/7 with rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and approximately 2–4 night shifts per month. You will respond to Danish-speaking customer queries related to food or ride-hailing services, payments, orders, and quality of service via phone, email or live chat. Fluency in Danish (C1) and English (B2) is required. Other benefits include a monthly sport compensation of €20 and a free taxi service within Tallinn when shifts end late.
