Accountant 1 position Oulu Would you like to work with a varied range of finance tasks in a financially stable, growing Finnish family-owned company? We are looking for an ACCOUNTANT for the Kaski Group for a permanent, full-time position. Work will begin as agreed, as soon as possible. Kaski Group is a Finnish, growing and international family-owned company. Its best-known company, Kaskipuu, manufactures windows and doors. Founded in 1978 as a one-person business, Kaskipuu has grown into a group of more than 350 professionals. Your role As an accountant, you will work as part of Kaski Group’s finance team and take responsibility for a varied range of daily accounting and finance tasks. In this role, you will work with the finances of several group companies and help ensure that finance operations run smoothly. Your tasks may include: - Bookkeeping - Accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks - Account allocations and reconciliations - Tasks related to monthly closings and financial statements - Statutory filings - Other daily finance tasks What we hope for from you We hope you already have experience in accounting and relevant education or equivalent skills. You have a good command of accounting fundamentals and can work independently, while also enjoying being part of a team. We particularly value: - A careful and systematic approach to work - Initiative and responsibility - The ability to see the bigger picture - Good IT skills and readiness to learn new software - A cooperative and straightforward way of working - A desire to develop both your own skills and finance processes We use Netvisor, so previous experience with the system is considered an advantage. It is not essential if your other capabilities are suitable for the role. What we offer We offer you a permanent, full-time position in a Finnish, growing and international family-owned company.
