The Regional Director Finland leads and develops DNV Cyber’s business in Finland, with accountability for growth, profitability, customer success, and market position. The role combines end-to-end business responsibility with strong external orientation and strategic leadership, shaping regional direction in alignment with global priorities. You will drive expansion in key industries, strengthen customer impact, and build a high-performing, future-ready organization. Scope & Mandate: Accountability for regional financial performance (revenue, margin, growth) in close collaboration with global and delivery stakeholders; End-to-end accountability on commercial and delivery performance, as well as organizational effectiveness; Influence regional strategy within a global operating model; Represent DNV Cyber in the Finnish market and across the broader DNV organization; Act as a key contributor within DNV Cyber’s leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Business Performance & Strategy – Define and execute the regional business strategy aligned with DNV Cyber’s global direction; Own and drive regional financial performance (revenue, margin, growth) in close collaboration with global and delivery stakeholders; Translate strategic priorities into clear commercial and operational actions; Ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction. Commercial Leadership & Market Position – Lead market expansion in Finland, strengthening position in key critical infrastructure sectors such as energy, maritime, manufacturing, defence, and healthcare; Build and leverage senior executive relationships to generate new business; Drive growth through strategic partnerships and cross-functional collaboration; Engage directly in strategic sales and key pursuits; Ensure a strong and sustainable pipeline in collaboration with Sales & Growth-team. Leadership & Organization – Act as a true leader of leaders, building and developing a high-performing regional leadership team; Set clear direction, priorities, and performance expectations for the Region, ensuring alignment with DNV Cyber strategy; Lead with growth mindset and confidence in ambiguity, driving momentum and decision-making in a fast-evolving environment; Build a strong performance culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and DNV values; Strengthen organizational effectiveness through clear roles, decision-making, governance and innovative ways of operating; Partner closely with People, Finance, and Operations to ensure a cohesive and well-functioning organization. Strategy Execution & Transformation – Drive implementation of the region-led operating model; Align the organization with global priorities, practices, and industry verticals; Identify and execute growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and capability development.
