ServiceNow Infrastructure Engineer

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Infrastructure Engineer to assist in planning, implementing, and operating a high-availability on-premises infrastructure for ServiceNow-related components. Key tasks include planning, implementing, and operating a secure, highly available on-premises infrastructure including the ServiceNow MID Server; integrating the infrastructure into existing network, data center, and DMZ environments and configuring firewalls, proxies, and load balancers; ensuring stable operations through monitoring, fault analysis, and implementing security, hardening, backup, and recovery concepts. Requirements include excellent knowledge of ServiceNow, especially MID Server, ITOM, and the ServiceNow platform; strong experience with Windows Server, Linux, enterprise infrastructures, TCP/IP and network security; expertise in IT security, infrastructure architectures, and secure integration of internal systems with compliance in mind. Project details: Start: August; Duration: 2 months (+); Load: 3-5 days; Location: Switzerland; Languages: German or English.
