Mobile Doctor

A flexible healthcare role in Western Finland. Two mobile doctors are needed to strengthen the West Finland locations of Terveytesi Palvelut Oy. The role involves general primary health care physician duties across client sites, including clinic duties, triage, and patient care with emphasis on elderly patients. Scheduled shifts are planned in advance, typically at least one week at a time, and remote work is possible depending on the site and task. The position suits doctors who value varied, responsible medical work, desire continuity with a single employer, enjoy mobile work and can adapt to different environments, and who have experience in elderly patient care as part of primary health care. Work time is 160 hours per month; salary is 12,000 EUR per month; housing is arranged by the employer; shifts are agreed at least one week ahead. Requirements include licensed physician status in Finland, at least 2 years of post-graduate experience, experience in primary health care reception and triage, experience in elderly patient care, and willingness to travel between facilities.
