Cosmetologist

We are looking for cosmetologists – with a special focus on foot care. MAJ brings beauty and wellness services to customers at home and to care homes reliably and regularly. Our clients are often lovely seniors or otherwise mobility-impaired people for whom our service is an essential part of wellbeing and daily life. You will do meaningful work and earn a significant income without spending time on administrative tasks; you focus on the customers, we handle the rest. MAJ offers beauty and wellness services to customers’ homes and care homes in the capital region, Pirkanmaa, and the Turku region, with Lahti as a new city. Our core is reliability, professionalism and caring for the client – and you can be part of this. What MAJ offers you: a clear earning model – commission of only 23%. For example, compared to fixed costs of a brick-and-mortar saloon or a solo entrepreneur marketing, this can be significantly more profitable. Ready customers: we handle marketing, appointment scheduling and invoicing. There is demand in the Lahti area: first professionals can start right away. We offer business and marketing training, peer support and back-of-house team support. Visibility: your own profile page and an appointment calendar on our platform ensure clients can find you easily. What you need to work with MAJ: studies or a diploma: we hope you have a cosmetology qualification or are close to completing related studies; a business ID or sole proprietor (light entrepreneurship); company liability insurance; your own products and tools for service delivery; willingness to commit to opening your calendar for at least 100 hours / 3 months.
