Security Supervisors for a Major International Assignment

We are looking for supervisors to carry out demanding security duties for our high-security client in Kouvola. In this interesting assignment, you will be able to make effective use of your professional skills while also learning a great deal and continuing to develop your expertise. The people selected for the role will work as shift supervisors at the site and be responsible for the other guards on their shifts, as well as staffing resources at the sites when necessary. The work is done in 12-hour shifts, 24/7, so work is available at all times of day throughout the year. The role also involves close cooperation with the client’s contact persons. Pay is based on level 4 of the security services collective agreement, plus verified supplements for years of experience. The employment forms for those hired include monthly-paid and part-time work. The work is expected to start in November–December 2026. We are looking for someone who already has several years of work experience in security duties. Security-related qualifications and experience in supervisory work are considered an advantage. The work requires fluent Finnish and English. To perform the role, you need a valid security guard card, a category B driving licence, an occupational safety card, and completed training in the use of force equipment. We expect you to be proactive in carrying out your duties, able to work independently, and to have good customer service skills.
