Iisalmi Validia House is a 24-hour supported-living unit where 25 clients live. Our clients are people with disabilities or injuries, and at Validia we enable them to live a good life on their own terms. You will work in varied duties, meet clients as individuals, and support them in everyday life. Duties include taking care of clients’ basic daily activities, medication, documentation, and providing key-worker and activity sessions.
