Insta Teollisuus seeks an experienced automation designer for permanent positions in industrial turnkey deliveries and design projects. Your goal is to advance the customer’s processes, usability and technical solutions by acting as a technical expert from design through to commissioning. As a senior designer you will mentor younger colleagues and may take on project leadership if desired. You will work in both large turnkey projects and shorter, demanding design projects across multiple industries. We use Siemens technologies (PCS neo and WinCC OA) but other PLCs may appear in customer environments. You will have opportunities to program in Python, C++, and C. You can work in Tampere, Vantaa, Lappeenranta, Varkaus, Kuopio, Kokkolaa, Vaasa and Porvoo with flexible remote work. The position is permanent and full-time with compensation based on experience. The company emphasises societal safety, lifecycle delivery, green transition, and a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
