Restaurant DIN Hiili, Energiakuja 3, 00180 Helsinki The employment is permanent and full-time. Working hours are mainly on weekdays between 7:00 and 17:00. Start on 1 December or by agreement. Your salary will be €3,500–€3,800, depending on your education and experience. A restaurant at the Technopolis Ruoholahti campus, DIN Hiili, friendly customers and a skilled team are waiting for a new leader. Our restaurant is a high-quality staff restaurant in a business park, with café operations and busy meeting and hospitality services. We serve 270–350 lunch customers daily. A friendly team of seven professionals works at the restaurant. We have a strong spirit of working together and a desire to succeed in what we do, always keeping the customer at the centre. Make the pack greater than the sum of its parts You will lead by example for your staff and be the face of customer service. You will be responsible for customer relationships and cooperation in daily operations. Organising work and acting as a supervisor are important parts of your role. Together with the head chef, you will lead the team towards quality and financial targets. Your duties include selling meeting and hospitality services together with representatives of the client company. You will also take part in dining-room and meeting catering. The smiles never fade in this pack You have suitable education for the role and previous work experience in comparable positions as a manager with profit responsibility. You have experience leading demanding client relationships and a varied operation, as well as handling high-level hospitality. You are an inspiring, fair and organised leader who leads your team by setting a positive example. Working with our customers and selling and marketing services come naturally to you. You have excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills, as well as a flexible and positive attitude. You are organised and are not afraid to get involved in practical work. You are confident with alcohol service matters and have fluent IT skills. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English.
