Restaurant DIN Hiili, Energiakuja 3, 00180 Helsinki The employment is permanent and full-time. Working hours are mainly on weekdays between 7:00 and 17:00. Start on 1 December or by agreement. Your salary will be between €3,500 and €3,800 per month, depending on your education and experience. The restaurant at the Technopolis Ruoholahti campus, DIN Hiili, its friendly customers and skilled team are waiting for a new team leader. Our restaurant is a high-quality business-park staff restaurant, with café services as well as busy meeting and corporate hospitality operations. We serve 270–350 lunch customers daily. Seven professionals work at the restaurant. We have a strong spirit of working together and a desire to succeed in what we do, always keeping the customer at the centre. Make the team greater than the sum of its parts You will lead by example for your staff and be the face of customer service. You will be responsible for customer relationships and cooperation in daily operations. Organising work and acting as a supervisor are important parts of the role. Together with the head chef, you will lead the team to achieve quality and financial targets. Your duties include selling meeting and corporate hospitality services together with representatives of the client company. You will also take part in dining-room and meeting catering. This team never loses its smile You have suitable education for the role and previous work experience in similar positions as a financially accountable supervisor. You have experience managing a demanding client relationship and a varied operation, as well as demanding corporate hospitality. You are an inspiring, fair and organised team leader and lead your team by your own positive example. Working with our customers and selling and marketing services come naturally to you. You have excellent communication and customer-service skills, and a flexible and positive attitude. You are organised and are not afraid to get involved in practical work. You are proficient in alcohol service and have good IT skills. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English.
