What you'll be doing? All sales roles include customer service, checkout, shelf replenishment, merchandising, store cleanliness, and receiving goods and organizing the warehouse. At higher hour contracts, you are expected to take more responsibility for daily store operations, including opening and closing duties and independent responsibility for the shift. What we are looking for? Previous retail experience is a plus, but we welcome both seasoned salespeople and those earlier in their careers. An energetic, proactive attitude, ability to work well under pressure, an interest in understanding retail as a whole, good physical fitness and readiness for a brisk workday, strong communication and teamwork skills, and an interest in our mission.
