Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a positive mindset for client projects and total delivery projects. This role is based at our Tampere, Rauma, Pori or Kotka offices. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution, meeting requirements, and guiding the project team. You will maintain active communication with customers and suppliers, plan and structure projects, allocate resources, set schedules, and manage contracts and risks. You will lead problem solving, contribute to improving project operations, and may handle 5–7 projects concurrently depending on scope. Smaller projects may be design projects and larger ones full-scale delivery projects delivering equipment or systems to clients. Occasional travel and a driving license are required. The ideal candidate has a technical background (preferably engineering or diploma engineering in mechanical, energy, environmental or electrical fields), has proven project management experience, and enjoys collaboration with a skilled team. Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and organizational skills are essential, as is interest in leading teams and client collaboration. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required.
