We are seeking a property maintenance professional to take care of a demanding and technically diverse client site in central Tampere. You will handle maintenance, servicing and repairs, ensuring facilities, equipment and systems function reliably according to the customer’s needs. Working hours vary, you will monitor building technology operations, resolve disturbances, and participate in preventive maintenance. Shifts mainly between 7.00 and 23.00 with possible additional shifts and occasional weekend work. The role requires a property maintenance qualification or other suitable technical education and hands-on experience. Proficiency with modern tools such as building automation systems and electronic maintenance records. Independent and team-oriented, able to stay functional in busy times and interact professionally with customers.

Requirements
- Property maintenance qualification or other suitable technical education
- Practical experience in property maintenance
- Familiar with modern tools such as building automation systems and electronic maintenance records
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good Finnish language skills; English is a plus
