We collaborate with various educational institutions and have opportunities to apply for internship and on-the-job training periods. Our readiness for student guidance is good. We have staff trained as workplace supervisors who can assess qualification examinations. We cannot take care-giver student trainees for internships. We will announce apprenticeship openings separately. We work with the TE office and there is a possibility to come for a work trial. We have offered summer work to Espoo's youth with the kesäseteli. The Espoo-based association ESPOON LÄHIMÄÄ palveluyhdistys ry (Elpy ry) is a non-profit organization that has long provided elderly housing and care services; it employs over 90 professionals in Espoo in two service homes: Merikartano and Puistokartano.
