We are seeking an industrial electrical and automation technician for a permanent, full-time position in Lempäälä. The role involves assembling, installing and wiring electrical panels and systems in production facilities, including industrial electrical and automation installations (e.g., frequency converters, motors, sensors, logics). You will participate in commissioning, testing and basic adjustments, and occasionally perform installations and startups at customer sites in the Tampere area. You will build and test new solutions and prototypes together with the team and customers. The job is primarily weekdays with flexible hours between 7:00 and 16:00. Most work is done at the Lempäälä production facilities; some travel to customer sites around Tampere is expected. Qualifications: work experience in industrial electrical and/or automation tasks; experience with electrical panel assembly, installation and wiring; installation and commissioning tasks related to automation systems; maintenance or servicing work in industry; good teamwork, initiative and a solution‑minded approach; desire to learn and contribute to developing operations.
