Alanya Market is seeking an experienced meat master / meat cutter to work in the meat department and at the service counter. Your duties include handling, cutting, preparing, packaging and displaying meat products. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the service counter. We expect: prior experience as a meat cutter or similar meat industry role; strong skills in handling, cutting, preparing and presenting meat products; experience with meat industry tools, knives, and, if needed, meat-processing equipment; meticulous, responsible and hygienic work attitude; hygiene knowledge; halal meat knowledge and Turkish/Middle Eastern meat culture knowledge are considered advantageous.
