We are looking for two permanent full-time employees as team leads for Jula's new department store to support the store manager and assistant store manager in practical work. Work begins in autumn 2026 with comprehensive orientation, after which the construction of the store begins – and every employee's valuable contribution is needed for this task. What is the job description of a Jula team lead? The job description of a Jula team lead includes a variety of salesperson tasks such as customer service, sales, cashier work, and shelving. As a team lead, your task is to ensure the smoothness of the store's daily routine, guide and support salespeople in practical work, and solve possible problem situations. The team lead directs daily operations in the store - no personnel responsibility. Jula's product range includes a comprehensive number of products, so in this job you will also get to build various campaigns, implement product displays, and increase your own product awareness. The team lead is part of the store's management group together with the store and assistant store manager and has an important role in ensuring the smoothness of the workplace's daily routine and shifts. This job is for you if you are ready to act as an example to other employees, can manage large entities while noticing smaller details, and your smile does not fade in the middle of rush or pressure. The department store is open every day of the week, so please be ready to work during all the store's opening hours. What kind of work friend are we looking for in our happy group? A positive, easily approachable and hardworking person who has the readiness to take lead responsibility for the smoothness of the department store's daily routine and supporting other employees is suitable as a team lead at Jula. We hope that you already have some previous work experience from the retail sector or from team lead or similar tasks. Retail education and/or possible product expertise related to Jula's product range are seen as an advantage for the applicant.
