Job Description
We are looking for a property caretaker for a permanent position in the Tampere area. Your tasks include maintenance of properties and yard areas, small repairs and maintenance, technical building tasks, monitoring building systems, customer service at sites, and willingness to participate in on-call shifts. We expect at least 2 years of experience in property maintenance, a B driving license, an energetic and proactive attitude, and flexibility with working hours.
