Responsibilities

  • Own HRIS administration and system integrity for ADP Workforce Now and PODS tech stack
  • Platform ownership: manage day-to-day ADP WFN configuration, security roles, workflows, and system health
  • End-to-end business process design from requirements through configuration, testing, and post-launch validation
  • Product releases: configuration, testing, rollout of new ADP product releases and system enhancements
  • Integration management across payroll entities, benefits carriers, finance tools, and core HR platforms
  • Security and access: manage role-based access and SOX-ready access reviews
  • Vendor management: maintain day-to-day vendor relationships and SLAs
  • Lead technical projects end-to-end; process automation using AI-assisted tools
  • SOX and compliance: maintain controls and audit evidence
  • Change management: plan testing and rollout; write runbooks
  • Data governance, reporting, audits, documentation
  • Operational support: daily system needs and runbook creation
  • Open enrollment, compensation cycles, reorganizations, payroll close, year-end processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR systems administration, HRIS configuration, or HR technology operations
  • Deep functional expertise in ADP Workforce Now — configured workflows, built reports, managed security roles, and troubleshot integration failures as a hands-on administrator
  • Track record of business process design end to end — from requirements to configuration, launch, and post-launch validation
  • Experience with process automation and AI-assisted tooling to prototype and build automations
  • Strong data management and governance understanding
  • SOX or audit compliance experience
  • Project management capability with ability to handle high volume requests and shifting priorities
  • Intellectual curiosity and sound judgment
  • Bias for action and comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Background checks required
