Quality Systems Manager

This vacancy is for a Quality Systems Manager at Safeplast Oy, part of Caplugs Group. The role centers on maintaining and developing quality and environmental management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with knowledge of IATF 16949 or willingness to train. The position involves internal and external audits, handling customer complaints, root cause analysis, CAPA tracking, and driving continual improvement. You will monitor legislation relevant to the operation (e.g., REACH) and ensure actions are taken as required. Other duties include PPAP documentation maintenance, product documentation upkeep, and evaluating testing needs with internal or external partners. Strong English is required for collaboration with colleagues in Germany and Italy; other languages are a plus. The job is based in Western Tampere, Finland, with a permanent employment type. Salary range: 3500–4000 EUR per month depending on experience. This role offers responsible and varied quality management duties in an international environment.
