Customer Service Supervisor

The role is based in Hyvinkää Biltema and combines cashier duties, customer service and café oversight. You will manage cashier operations, handle cash handling and customer service points, and supervise the cafe function together with staff onboarding and training. You will be part of the store's management team and take responsibility for the store’s overall operations during your shift, while engaging with customers as needed. We expect a commercial education or relevant experience in retail or everyday consumer goods, good interpersonal skills, interest in supervisory duties, ability to take responsibility and work independently, a positive and flexible attitude, and willingness to work all shifts (morning, evening and weekends). Finnish language plus English and Swedish skills are considered advantageous.
