Snow Removal Worker

We are looking for energetic snow removal workers who enjoy physical outdoor work for our client in Kouvola! This role offers you the opportunity to work during the snow season in an industrial environment, where you will help ensure the safety and cleanliness of outdoor areas. Your duties include manual snow removal in front of doors and spreading grit. We hope you have a good approach to work, an attitude that can withstand the weather, a B-category driving licence and a valid occupational safety card or willingness to complete one. Working hours are determined by snowfall and may fall at any time of day, so flexibility is important. The role pays an hourly rate according to pay group 2 of the property services collective agreement: €12.59 per hour, plus possible supplements according to the shifts worked. This is an excellent opportunity if you enjoy outdoor work and want to play an important part in ensuring safe and clean conditions in a winter environment. If you are ready to pick up a shovel and snow pusher and do important work in changing conditions, this may be the right job for you! If you are interested, please apply promptly through the Bolt app or our website. You may attach a CV to your application. We process applications and interview candidates during the application period. Positions are filled as soon as suitable candidates are found. Submit your application by 25 October 2026. As a Bolt employee, we offer you at least the pay set by the collective agreement, as well as a bonus for excellent work; occupational healthcare services from your first day; an excellent opportunity to progress in your career; professional and language-skilled assistance and advice on employment matters; and access to Bolt’s own app, where you can quickly and easily apply for future jobs and reach your contact person. You can receive a referral bonus of up to €250 for recommending a friend who also gets a job through Bolt. We pay you one euro for every hour your friend works, up to 250 hours, and there is no limit on the number of referrals. Ask us for more information!
