Sales Representative (Home Security Solutions)

Verisure is seeking sales and security solutions specialists who focus on helping customers protect their homes and businesses with Verisure services. If you enjoy goal-driven sales, the moment of closing a sale, and customer interactions, this role is for you. You will not start from scratch; each day includes high-quality sales opportunities built through scheduled client meetings, existing customer visits, as well as service and installation visits, with the goal of producing as many successful meetings and sales as possible. We offer a €1500 monthly base salary plus a motivational commission model and the most trusted security service in Finland to sell. Strong brand, a functional concept, and continuous customer flow create excellent opportunities to influence your earnings. Typical day begins with a 10:00 meeting where the client awaits you, you persuade them of the service, and you arrange the system installation for the next day; then you proceed to another client to perform the system maintenance, offering the best possible service and uncovering additional protection needs or potential referrals. You will also experience warm customer interactions and sustained training and onboarding. A company car is provided for work and personal use. All sales managers started as salespeople, with clear progression opportunities.
