Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager to drive growth for Visio Henkilöstöratkaisut across Pirkanmaa, the Helsinki metropolitan area and Turku. The role focuses on building and growing sales, acquiring new customers and developing existing relationships. The position requires proactive, hands-on sales activity in the field with travel between client sites, and access to a personal car is an essential requirement. You will also handle HR-related tasks such as drafting employment agreements and resolving issues in alignment with collective bargaining agreements, while maintaining client and employee relationships. The role offers flexibility with hours and the possibility of remote work, but collaboration in the office is valued. The final emphasis of responsibilities depends on the individual’s approach to selling as well as the company needs. We expect candidates to have a background in personnel services with strong networks, and to demonstrate customer-focused collaboration, resilience and problem-solving. Strong IT skills and CRM experience (Likeit) are appreciated. We offer a base salary plus unlimited sales commission, with potential for growth in responsibility and role.
