Home Care Assistant

Would you like to do care work flexibly around your own schedule? InMedi is looking for hourly workers for our senior clients' home care in Tampere. Work is mainly in evenings and weekends, and we can adapt shift lengths to your life situation. You do not need to commit to a full evening shift; you can do a few hours, or longer shifts if you wish—arrangements by mutual agreement. What does the job involve? The work is home care in clients' own homes. Day-to-day includes assisting with daily activities, medication administration, monitoring well-being, and supporting safe and good everyday life. We value meeting our clients calmly, warmly, and individually. Who is this for? We are primarily seeking practical nurses and registered nurses, and students in the field who have enough skills for home care tasks. The job suits you if you seek extra work alongside your current job or studies, evening or weekend work, flexible part-time hours without a heavy commitment, or occasional 2–3 hour shifts.
