We are seeking Swedish-speaking care professionals for the Oslo area. Are you educated in social or health care and do you speak Swedish? We are looking for competent and motivated professionals from Finland for full-time care work in the Oslo area. In the role you will support and care for patients with special needs. The job is responsible and can be physically and mentally demanding at times, so we are seeking individuals who can stay calm in challenging situations. We hope you have: a suitable social- or health-care education; preferably Vernepleier background or nurse training; good Swedish language skills; good stress tolerance and a calm approach; ability to handle challenging situations with patients safely and professionally; good cooperation and communication skills; genuine interest in demanding and meaningful care work; previous experience working with patients with special needs is an advantage. We offer: full-time work in Norway; start by agreement; potential to negotiate terms based on experience and competence; help finding suitable housing options.
