The City of Rovaniemi's employment services are seeking a Service Manager. We are looking for a Service Manager to lead the multidisciplinary employment support services team. As a Service Manager, you are responsible for the implementation, monitoring, reporting, and development of the service process for the customers under your responsibility. You will act as the supervisor for your team's employees and lead the work in accordance with mutually agreed goals and operating methods. Additionally, the role involves leading and developing the multidisciplinary joint service model promoting employment in the Lapland region, as well as network cooperation with key partners. Your team's target customer group focuses on clients who require coordinated services from professionals and various operators working in multidisciplinary cooperation to promote their employment. Remuneration and terms of employment are determined by the Municipal Civil Servants and Employees Collective Agreement. The position-specific salary is €4,507.55 (+ possible experience bonus) and working hours are 36 h 15 min/week. There is an opportunity for partial remote work. The starting date for the position is September 1, 2026, or negotiable by agreement. A six (6) month probationary period applies. The person selected for the position must present an acceptable medical certificate of health before assuming the office. The eligibility requirement for the position is a suitable higher university degree.
