Bartender

Everyday work – with an exceptionally good atmosphere We are looking for a bartender for Bar Kohde. Bar Kohde is a city-centre living room in Lahti where people meet friends and get to know new people. We do ordinary bar work efficiently, professionally and with a positive attitude. We are now looking for a bartender for a permanent position of 50 hours per three weeks. You will serve customers, prepare drinks, take care of the smooth day-to-day running of the bar and build, together with your colleagues, an atmosphere that customers enjoy. Work is focused on evenings and weekends. You will do well in this job if you are service-minded, proactive and cooperative. We appreciate product knowledge and previous experience in bar work, but above all a genuine desire to meet customers and do ordinary work exceptionally well. You are sociable and have a sense of humour, but know how to act responsibly when things get busy. The hourly rates from 1 June 2026 are: 0–2 years: €13.70/hour Over 2 years: €14.08/hour Over 5 years: €14.51/hour Over 10 years: €15.04/hour Final pay depends on work experience counted as relevant to the position.
