We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Editing Experience team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution for Lokalise’s Editing and Reviewing Experience — the tools and workflows that let linguists and reviewers review, refine, and approve content at scale, including the translation interfaces themselves, the review and approval layer, content management tools, and the developer utilities that support the translation workflow. Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market, you’ll own this team end-to-end, from strategy through execution, directly improving the day-to-day experience of the linguists and reviewers who power Lokalise’s platform. You Will - Lead and Collaborate: Drive a cross-functional team in the Editing Experience, including Engineering, Design and Data, and work closely with our go-to-market teams, to bring products from concept to launch. - Define Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the editing experience ecosystem, focusing on the customer needs and ensuring alignment with the company goals alongside other product domains. - Deliver Impact: Work hands-on to develop high-impact products and features that simplify workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, drive measurable outcomes and “wow” our customers. - Continuous Discovery: Employ a customer-centric approach, integrating user feedback and market insights to improve the product experience and business outcomes. - Set and Measure Goals: Define key business goals, KPIs, and success metrics, track performance, and drive improvements based on data-driven insights. - Foster Excellence: Mentor and support other PMs, actively contributing to a highly performing, collaborative and innovative product organization. - Embrace Agility: Operate effectively within an agile environment, managing the product life cycle and maintaining a transparent and concise product roadmap. You Must Have - Localization Industry Background: Hands-on experience in the localization/language services industry, at a Language Service Provider (LSP), or at a localization/translation-technology platform, with preferably direct ownership of a linguist-facing interface (e.g. a CAT tool, editor, or review UI). - Product Management experience — candidates with 2+ years of Product Management experience in the localization industry are welcome. Experience owning interfaces/editors is strongly preferred, and domain expertise is weighted above total PM tenure. - Customer Focus: Proven UX skills and a commitment to continuous discovery, with a strong ability to empathize with user needs. - Problem-Solving: A structured approach to tackling complex challenges, balancing trade-offs, and delivering solutions that drive customer and business value. - Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in interpreting data and trends to diagnose problems, quantify impacts, and drive informed decisions. - Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of aligning stakeholders across various levels. - Collaborative Spirit: A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills and a preference for action. You’re not afraid to get hands-on to move the needle. - Execution Excellence: Excellent organizational and dependency management skills, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. It’s a Plus If You Have - Former linguist, translator, or localization manager who has transitioned into a product management career.
