Foreman

We are looking for an experienced foreman or equivalent supervisor for a permanent position at a car maintenance workshop and tire shop located in Sastamala. The role will be defined by the candidate’s skills, prior experience and readiness to take responsibility. Ideally, the candidate has hands-on experience in workshop supervision within the automotive sector. Key duties include customer service and receiving work orders, planning and scheduling, coordinating daily workshop operations, managing parts and workflow, and collaborating with customers, technicians and partners. In the role of the supervising foreman you will also act as the site’s line manager and be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the workshop. Required: experience in supervisory roles in the auto sector, strong knowledge of the automotive field, good organizational and interpersonal skills, willingness to take responsibility for the site’s operations, and a valid B driving license. Knowledge of Autofutur system is an advantage.
