Join us in our mission to transform how people do work. 📌 About the Role You'll lead a team of Large Enterprise Account Executives closing new business in accounts of 10,000 employees and up. These are experienced reps running complex, multi-stakeholder cycles, so this is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be in the deals, in the pipeline reviews, and in the coaching conversations. The team's execution and forecast accuracy are yours, and how you run it sets the pattern for a repeatable enterprise motion as Scribe scales. 🛠️ What You'll Do - Own your team's pipeline, forecast, and revenue outcomes, driving execution across the full funnel - Coach a team of experienced Large Enterprise AEs on deal strategy and execution, with direct accountability for their performance and development - Tighten forecast accuracy through consistent deal inspection and pipeline review that adds rigor without slowing deals down - Build the repeatable practices that make results predictable as the team grows, rather than relying on individual rep talent - Partner with Enablement, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Recruiting so your team has what it needs to win - Recruit and retain enterprise sellers who can operate at the level this segment demands 🔍 What We're Looking For - Has 5 or more years managing Account Executives, including roughly 3 years of direct people management in a high-growth startup - Has led teams selling into Enterprise accounts of 10,000 or more employees - Has coached AEs through six-figure ARR deals with roughly 90-day sales cycles - Forecasts, manages pipeline, and inspects deals at a level leadership can plan against, without slowing momentum - Stays embedded in active cycles alongside the team rather than managing from the dashboard - Drives performance through structured coaching, enablement, and training 📍 Location Fully remote. Open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. 💰 Compensation OTE range is $275,000-350,000 with a 60/40 base-to-variable split. Salary varies by location. All full-time employees receive equity in Scribe.
