We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated building caretaker for our client, to take on a range of building maintenance tasks. In this role you will ensure the daily operation and general upkeep of properties, and perform varied maintenance and upkeep duties. Tasks include outdoor area maintenance, minor repairs, and routine maintenance related to the technical upkeep of buildings. You will also be responsible for tasks such as changing filters, reading meters and reporting, and other duties related to daily building maintenance.
