At ARNON – Powering Progress, we are looking for Electrical Engineering students to join us as Internship Trainees in roles such as Project Engineer. At ARNON, interns are a genuine part of the team. You’ll be given responsibility based on your skills, learn alongside experienced professionals, and gain hands-on insight into how electrical engineering projects move from concept to delivery. Many of our interns have continued their careers with us after the internship. How the internship begins The internship starts in production, working in a switchboard assembler (panel builder) role. This phase allows you to become familiar with our products, manufacturing processes, and quality standards. After this introduction, you will transition into project work and design tasks, becoming part of real customer projects and contributing to engineering solutions. What you’ll be working on during the internship Your tasks will be shaped by your background and interests. You may get to: Take part in electrical and switchboard design; Work with automation and mechanical design; Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking; Collaborate closely with project team members; Use modern design tools such as EPlan and IronCAD. Who this internship position is for You are studying electrical engineering; You are in the later stages of your studies or have some basic industry experience; You are interested in project-based work and technical systems; You are proactive, curious, and willing to take responsibility; Previous work experience is not required — the right attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
