In this role, you will act as a key financial partner to Defence and Weapon System’s rapidly growing business, ensuring strong financial governance, forward‑looking insights, and high‑quality decision support. You will work closely with management and operational teams, requiring excellent communication skills, analytical capability, and the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business impact. Preferred location: Tampere. Key Responsibilities: Business Partnering & Decision Support; Financial Planning, Forecasting & Reporting; Development & Continuous Improvement. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in business controlling, independent and analytical, ERP system knowledge (SAP S/4 advantageous); excellent Finnish and English; adaptability to change. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business controlling or related senior finance roles
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in partnering with operational and commercial teams
- Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4 is an advantage)
- Excellent communication in Finnish and English
