Supports dealer sales managers and their teams involved in the sale of new heavy-duty truck, and is responsible for promoting the introduction, operation, and effective use of overall sales management required by Scania Headquarters and Scania Japan Headquarters. Visiting (stationing) the dealer in charge on two or three days in a week, and together with the dealer manager, we will train on the projects and systems to be introduced, solve problems for receiving orders and billing, analyze KPI data, analyze regional analysis, and develop local strategies together with TS directors and other related parties. Basically, visit (station) the dealer in charge, follow the strategy considered by the headquarters, and promote the implementation from the introduction of the process. Responsible for planning, budgeting and management support for necessary work involved, and managing the progress of order activities. Supervision of new vehicle sales activities mainly in the area of responsibility, and reporting and liaison of such activities. Demonstrate leadership as a support and promotion coordinator so that the dealer sales manager can smoothly perform coordination work related to dealers and customers in areas outside his or her responsibility. Analyze the proposals and various follow-ups requested by Scania headquarters from a practical perspective, demonstrate leadership that leads members from a strategic perspective. Responsible for developing new customers, following up on projects and tools required by dealer sales managers and sales required for existing customers, and promoting in cooperation with related internal departments to expand the Scania market share in the area in charge. In accordance with Scania's Global Policy, general sales of new vehicles in the Japan market, creation of a foundation for team members' sales practices, and support and training. Ability to solve and promote operations and issues in cooperation with the Service Department and Dealer Development Department. Organize and establish rules both inside and outside the company. Playing the role of a leader in promoting thorough compliance and governance.
