SprintIT is a Finnish IT professionals and ERP experts community, and we are looking for an experienced Odoo consultant to join our team in Helsinki or Tampere. In this role you will lead customer projects from planning and implementation to deployment and ongoing development. You will work with the project team and manage assigned projects so that the customer gets a functioning system and a positive experience. Requirements include at least three years of Odoo experience and proven ERP project success, fluent Finnish and English, and the ability to collaborate with Finnish-speaking clients while communicating with the broader team in English. Our pay model comprises a base salary plus a 20% billable bonus with no cap.
