Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive expansion revenue across an existing customer portfolio by identifying growth opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and managing sales opportunities from discovery through to close. Own and develop a defined portfolio of existing Basware customers and deliver expansion revenue. Identify opportunities through account research, customer conversations, inbound enquiries and targeted outbound activity. Lead discovery calls, understand business needs and position relevant Basware solutions and customer value. Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, including demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and close. Qualify larger or more complex opportunities and collaborate with the appropriate Account Executive and specialists. Build strong relationships with customers and work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Deal Desk, Professional Services and other teams. Maintain accurate customer activity, pipeline, next steps and forecasts in Salesforce.
