We are seeking a proactive and hands-on production worker for our client in the manufacturing sector. The role involves assembling hoses at the workstation. The work is mainly manual and performed standing, requiring physical accuracy and carefulness. You will thrive if you have prior exposure to shift work, a cando attitude, and a willingness to learn. We expect a professional qualification in machinery and metal industry or construction, interest in manufacturing, a proactive and positive work approach, and readiness for 3-shift work (morning, afternoon, night). Prior experience in production tasks is advantageous but not mandatory, as you will receive on-the-job training. We offer a six-month fixed-term agency employment initially, with the possibility of permanent placement on the client’s payroll. Start as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Salary is determined by experience and collective agreement; the starting rate under the TES is €13.18/hour. There is potential for long-term employment in a stable industrial environment.
