We are looking for practical nurses for after-school activities for young people with special needs in Leppävaara and Otaniemi in Espoo, Helsinki and Vantaa. The participants in the after-school activities are young people with special needs who require support in everyday life. In this role, you will plan and lead fun and varied after-school activities together with the rest of the team. Activities include spending time with the young people through games, crafts and music, among other things. Your contacts in the after-school activities will be coordinating instructors Jenna and Kristina, while the group’s lead instructor will guide you in daily practical matters. We have a pleasant, relaxed work community that is easy to join! Shifts are on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 17:00. During school holidays, we arrange holiday care, when there is an opportunity to work from 08:00 to 16:00. Worksites are in Espoo, Helsinki and Vantaa, with good public transport connections. We expect you to have: - A practical nurse qualification in social and health care - A valid social and health care professional card - Vaccination protection required under the Communicable Diseases Act - Valid LOVe medication permits (you can also complete them through us) - Good IT skills - Good spoken and written Finnish - The ability to provide a clean criminal record extract We use pay grade G22 under the private social services collective agreement (practical nurses).
